Product Filtration
Specialized equipment designed and engineered specifically for fuel filtration by Tate Engineering, Baltimore MD . Explosion proof motors and pumps, three phase coalescing filtration, and progressive filter elements from 100down to 1 micron.
Site Assessment
Prior to starting any job, any and all precautions are taken to protect any possible run-off from reaching drains, sewers or any avenues that could have environmental impact. Only then is work commenced.
Fuel and Tank Testing
Our fuel analysis is done through a government certified fuel laboratory in Vancouver, WA, FuelsOnly. Results are full spectrum ASTM compliant, in an easy to read and understand format.
Tank Cleaning
Unless the sludge and/or microbial growth is removed from the bottom and sides of the tank, any new fuel will be recontaminated every time the tank is refilled. A four step process guarantees a clean tank and clean fuel and that your emergency power generation system is ready.
Preventative Maintenance
Annual or Semi annual inspections, fuel analysis, comtamination level checks. Industry statistics show that almost 20% of contamination arrives via transportation. Even with a clean tank and fuel, a bad fuel drop or a driving rain storm allowing water penetration can be ecomically handled if detected early.
Health facilities are already mandated by government regulations to monitor and test their fuel and tanks on an annual basis. Location of a tank, above or below ground, proximity to moisture and many other environmental conditions that all will dictate the stability of the fuel and tank and how often testing and/or cleaning is advisable.

Our technicians get inside the tank through an inspection plate, sending unit, etc. Evaluate and if necessary pump out the fuel to chemically treat the tank with a concentrated formula, removing even thick sludge before returning the treated fuel through a 1 micron coalescing and final filtration unit.
The correct and accurate application of chemicals in conjunction with professionally engineered coalescing filtration equipment insures that tanks and fuel are cleaned and brought back to spec.
